Collection: Domain Day

Domain Day sells a range of balsamic and vino cotto. Products are all made from wine grapes or wine originating from their own vineyard at Mount Crawford. The vineyard is the highest and coolest in the Barossa Valley at an altitude of 450 metres above sea level.

The Domain Day Vino Cotto is  made from barrel aged concentrated grape juice and its sweetness and caramelised flavour is an ideal addition to a variety dishes including sauces and stir-fry.
